James Kennedy

James has worked and consulted in real estate investment and development for nearly 30 years, and for more than 20 of them has reviewed and analyzed thousands of wireless agreements for private and government clients.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and the CCIM designation.
He has been featured in Realtormag, Commercial Investment Real Estate, American City & County, CoStar, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts, and is the author of Cell Tower Secrets (2023).
